Core Tip |
In this study, cervical cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, its incidence is increasing year by year, and human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is an important precursor to cervical cancer development, and early detection and treatment can reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. We plan to use RNA-seq technology to detect the expression level of HPV E6/E7 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues of CIN patients, and for correlation with the diagnosis, prognosis, recurrence, and other factors of CIN patients, to provide new ideas for the follow-up and treatment of CIN patients. |
