Core Tip |
Postoperative depression has a series of negative effects on the recovery, the quality of life, and subsequent anti-tumor therapies in cancer patients. We should timely evaluate patients who are depressed or have a tendency to be depressed after surgery. Surgeons should use combined approaches to comprehensively assess the patient's psychiatric status, and take appropriate measures to help patients deal with depression and improve clinical outcomes. |
