Core Tip |
Whether operation superior to nonoperation was still under debatable for humeral shaft fracture. This systematic review was conducted to investigate the effect of the two methods in term of nonunion, reintervention and the overall complication, functional scores, and the results revealed that lower rates of nonunion, reintervention, overall complication and faster functional recovery could be achieved with operative treatment. This was significantly useful for Clinicians in therapy decision-making. |
