Key Words Crawling-type adenocarcinoma; Clinicopathological characteristics; Histological features; Gastric adenocarcinoma; Diagnosis; Treatment
Core Tip Crawling-type adenocarcinoma has specific features, such as irregularly fused glands and low-grade cellular atypia, resembling intestinal metaplasia. Given this, precise attention to its histological characteristics is crucial when diagnosing CRA. Early detection of CRA is challenging which leads to the importance of the detection of molecular markers and thorough biopsy analysis for accurate classification and clinical management strategies.
