To investigate the promotion of medication adherence and disease cognition in patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) using detailed nursing management. After the research, the results show that the implementation of detailed nursing management for patients with DR-TB can effectively improve patients’ medication adherence, enhance their awareness of the disease, ensure the safety of medication, and improve their satisfaction with nursing care, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice. |
