Core Tip |
Gastric ulcers (GUs) have high clinical morbidity and recurrence, posing varying degrees of adverse effects on patients’ gastric function, physical and mental health, and quality of life. Such patients have also been a key focus of nursing interventions. This study included 100 patients with GUs and compared the clinical effects of routine nursing vs dietary nursing intervention based on a diet plan. We found that the dietary nursing intervention significantly improved nursing efficacy in patients with GUs, preventing vomiting, acid reflux, and celialgia; promoting symptom improvement; and helping restore gastric function and nutritional status, thus providing an effective new option for the clinical nursing of patients with GUs. |
