Core Tip |
Respiratory viruses primarily target and affect the respiratory system, such as the influenza A and B viruses, highly contagious and can spread through various means. The detection of influenza A and B virus antigens is significant for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of influenza. In this study, a multiplex detective method for influenza A and B virus antigens was developed using flow cytometry quantum dot microspheres. The multiplex assay is characterized by high sensitivity, good specificity, and a broad detection range, making it a promising tool for clinical applications. |
