Core Tip	To explore the differences in cognitive impairment between patients with bipolar disorder and those with bipolar disorder comorbid with borderline personality disorder. The cognitive function of patients with bipolar affective disorder and bipolar affective disorder complicated with borderline personality disorder showed extensive damage, and the cognitive function damage of patients with bipolar affective disorder comorbid with borderline personality disorder was considerably aggravated, which is worthy of further study.
