Core Tip |
This is a report of a large Brunner’s gland hyperplasia in an older female patient with anemia that was successfully resected en bloc using endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR). After obtaining information on the base of the lesion as well as on the internal characteristics using endoscopic ultrasonography, we chose EMR as a minimally invasive treatment. |
