Core Tip |
There are several possible causes of abdominal pain and fever in patients who have undergone endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). One of the potential complications that should not be overlooked is splenic injury. A clear diagnosis can be established based on laboratory and imaging examinations. It is important to closely monitor the patient's condition after ERCP and to promptly address any signs of discomfort. |
