Core Tip |
Case management nursing based on patient safety aims to provide personalized, comprehensive, and continuous medical care services for each patient, especially in treating chronic diseases such as prostate cancer, which highlights its value. We used systematic evaluation, individualized intervention plan formulation, efficient communication, and coordination between doctors and patients, as well as dynamic monitoring of treatment effects and timely adjustment of treatment plans to maximize patient compliance with endocrine therapy, reduce side effects, improve psychological status, improve quality of life, and enhance disease self-management. |
