If a diabetic foot wound of Wager grade II or less is located on the dorsum of the foot and is not amenable to surgical treatment, polydeoxyribonucleotide injection combined with a minimally invasive treatment of debridement under local anesthesia may help wound healing in patients who are not amenable to surgical treatment. |
