Sarcomatoid carcinoma (SCA) of the jejunum is a rare and aggressive malignancy. Currently, there are no established treatment guidelines for SCA. This study reports a patient who achieved favorable outcomes with a combination of immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and chemotherapy. A review of the literature was also conducted. We propose that this therapeutic approach may represent a novel treatment option for jejunal SCA. |
