Core Tip |
In this study, the aim is to establish a scientific basis for tailoring personalized treatment strategies and evaluating the prognosis of individuals affected by gastric cancer. This study demonstrates a significant association between the expression levels of serum tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen, carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9, CA72-4, CA24-2 and ferritin in patients with gastric cancer and their prognosis. These markers can serve as important indicators for prognostic evaluation of gastric cancer. Notably, abnormally elevated initial marker levels may aid in identifying gastric cancer patients with poor prognosis. |
