Primary colonic lymphoma is a very rare malignant tumor for which there is no standard treatment. We report a case of primary colonic T lymphoma like a pedunculated polyp, and we performed endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for diagnosis and treatment. ESD could be a feasible and economical choice for the treatment of colonic lymphomas. With the popularization of the concept of minimal invasiveness and the continuous development of minimally invasive technology, endoscopic surgery will have high application value for early gastrointestinal lesions. |
