While concerns about cancer transmission and recurrence exist, evidence suggests that carefully selected donors and recipients may still benefit from transplantation. Despite the heightened risk of post-transplant malignancy due to immunosuppression, early-stage urogenital tumors may not preclude transplantation, offering a life-saving option for eligible patients. |
