Core Tip |
In our neonatal intensive care unit study, we addressed the problem of high noise levels that can negatively affect the health and development of neonates. We implemented a multifaceted approach of targeted education, environmental modifications, and organizational changes. As a result, we reduced the noise levels by up to 25% over four months. Although we did not assess clinical outcomes, our study provides a foundation for future research and emphasizes the need to maintain optimal noise levels for the well-being of neonates. |
