Core Tip |
In the study, we employed advanced bioinformatics methodologies to meticulously scrutinize the intricate relationship between MYL6B and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC). It entailed a comprehensive analysis encompassing the contrasting expression patterns observed between LIHC and normal tissue samples, coupled with an intricate examination of how MYL6B expression levels correlate with the staging of cancer progression and the rates of survival. Furthermore, an exhaustive immunohistochemical investigation was conducted to elucidate the nuances of inflammation across varying levels of MYL6B expression in tissue specimens. The findings of this investigation unequivocally underscore MYL6B’s pivotal role as a prognostic determinant in hepatocellular carcinoma. |
