| Core Tip |
Dobutamine inhibited the viability, migration, proliferation and invasion of SGC-7901 cells. Dobutamine arrested the cell cycle at G1/S phase, and increased the rate of apoptosis of gastric adenocarcinoma cells. Phosphorylated Yes-associated protein was found mainly in the cytosol after treatment with dobutamine. |
