According to the clinical characteristics of patients, the dialectical treatment mainly adopts the treatment methods of strengthening Qi and nourishing Yin, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, resolving phlegm and removing water, warming and tonifying heart yang. In this study, the authors found that the Chinese medicine compound for invigorating the spleen, removing phlegm and removing blood stasis can treat chronic heart failure by influencing the mitochondrial structure of cardiomyocytes, oxidative emergency, energy metabolism and other functions and pathways. |
