Core Tip	Isolated gastric varices (IGV) are potentially fatal, and endoscopic treatment is the main treatment. Compared with conventional endoscopic therapy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided therapy is more precise. Herein, we present a case in which IGV entwined with arteries were successfully treated by EUS-guided coil embolization combined with cyanoacrylate injection. EUS-guided coil embolization combined with cyanoacrylate injection is an effective treatment for IGV entangled with arteries.
