Core Tip |
The study examines the effects of Shugan Jieyu capsules on patients with mild to moderate depression following percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease. The results indicate significant improvements in depressive symptoms, biochemical markers such as miR-124, miR-132, and brain-derived neurotrophic factor, as well as immune function. Shugan Jieyu capsules outperformed escitalopram oxalate tablets in reducing depression severity and adverse reactions, suggesting their potential as a safer and more effective treatment alternative for post-percutaneous coronary intervention depression. |
