We genotyped GNAS1 T393C single nucleotide polymorphism in a homogenous (Han) study population of patients to evaluate the effect of this polymorphism on survival in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Our study indicated that the GNAS1 T393C polymorphism affected the overall survival in advanced NSCLC with a worse outcome for C allele carriers.
