| Core Tip |
Integrating glymphatic system health into diabetes management can improve patient outcomes by addressing both cognitive and physiological complications. Recent studies show significant glymphatic dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and its correlation with cognitive decline. Identifying clinical variables influencing glymphatic function may offer biomarkers for early diagnosis and targeted interventions, enhancing the management of diabetes-related cognitive impairments. |
