Core Tip Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancrea?tography (ERCP) is a widely used procedure for diagnosing and treating diseases of the pancreatobiliary tree. Post-ERCP pancreatitis is the most frequent complication. Prophylactic measures of post-endoscopic pancreatitis include pharmacological and mechanical ERCP related approaches.
