Core Tip Patients in end-stage renal failure and those after renal transplantation have a higher risk of opp­ortunistic infections with catastrophic complications and poor response to standard vaccines. Special ind­ividualized consideration is needed to immunize th­ese patients within the existing vaccination protocols.
