Core Tip This is a retrospective study to evaluate the monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio in peripheral whole blood samples of colorectal cancer patients. Hematologic parameters can be useful in the diagnosis and prognosis in colorectal cancer. Monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio value of the whole blood obtained after surgery was independent factor in in 5-year disease free survival time of colorectal cancer patients.
