Core Tip Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a critical factor in promoting intestinal immunity homeostasis. Whether GM-CSF plays a protective role on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by regulating immunity and intestinal microecology is not completely understood. The orthotopic transplantation tumor models of hepatocellular carcinoma were established on mice by using lentiviral transfected human GM-CSF sequence into human HCC cell line. And our study obtained measurements of the absolute abundance of specific fecal bacterial communities via absolute quantification 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing technology. And this study provides new insights for therapeutic approaches to treat HCC.
