Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome involves multiple organs and systems of human body, and its clinical manifestations are complex and diverse. In addition, physicians lack sufficient knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease, so it is difficult to make early diagnosis and treatment of it, and the clinical misdiagnosis rate is high. This case highlights the importance of establishing a multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment platform in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, which is of great significance for accurate identification of difficult and rare respiratory diseases. |
