Key Words Fecal microbiota transplantation; Colitis; Gut microbiota; Transcriptome sequencing; T lymphocyte
Core Tip Previous studies shown that inflammatory bowel disease patients received satisfactory efficacy and safety after fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) treatment. However, the mechanism of FMT remains unclear. Here, we set out animal experiments to explore the role of FMT in dextran sodium sulfate induced mice colitis based on microbiome and transcriptome analysis.
