| Core Tip |
This study investigated changes in negative emotions, quality of life, and prognosis of patients with sepsis after one-hour bundle (H1B) management and psychological intervention. The results showed that the Hamilton Anxiety scale, Hamilton Depression scale, and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of the patients were significantly lower after the intervention, and the Post Traumatic Growth Inventory scores were higher than those before the intervention. These results indicate that H1B management combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve negative emotions, sleep quality, post-traumatic growth levels, and quality of life in patients with sepsis. |
