Colorectal cancer (CRC) represents the third most common cause of cancer globally. Although only a few studies have addressed the prevalence and incidence of CRC in the Arab world, this systematic review found that there is a considerable prevalence of CRC in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirate. More studies are needed to explore the incidence and prevalence of CRC in the rest of the Arab world. |
