Core Tip Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is very low of overall survival. Searching for a new biomarker that related to prognosis is helpful to improve the prognosis of HCC. Cluster of differentiation 147 (CD147) is a novel that transmembrane glycoprotein which is expressed in a wide variety of tumor cells and plays an important role in various stages of tumor development. In our study, we found CD147 correlated with clinical characteristics and prognosis of HCC. Therefore, we suggest CD147 can serve as a biomarker to predict the prognosis of HCC.
