Core Tip This is one of the first reports about the efficacy of convalescent plasma therapy (CPT) in pregnancy with corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pneumonia. Chest computed tomography scan findings and clinical parameters showed the dramatic response and the combination of Favipiravir and CPT may be an important choice for pregnant case with COVID-19 pneumonia.
