Key Words Invasive fungal disease; Case report; Lymphadenectasis; Lymph node biopsy; Mycosis of lymph nodes; Amphotericin B
Core Tip In this case, the results were different between cercical and supraclavicular lymh nodes biopsies. It is very difficult to diagnose lymph node mycosis quickly in the early stage. When conventional anti-infective treatment is ineffective, multi-stage and multi-site of lymph node biopsy is particularly important. It is a success that new antifungal drug Cappofungin and empirical antifungal agents of Voriconazole were replaced by Amphotericin B in this patient's recovery.
