Core Tip |
In this case, the results were different between cercical and supraclavicular lymh nodes biopsies. It is very difficult to diagnose lymph node mycosis quickly in the early stage. When conventional anti-infective treatment is ineffective, multi-stage and multi-site of lymph node biopsy is particularly important. It is a success that new antifungal drug Cappofungin and empirical antifungal agents of Voriconazole were replaced by Amphotericin B in this patient's recovery. |
