This is a very interesting case of Takayasu’s arteritis, which is a relatively rare reason for innominate artery aneurysm. The patient has innominate artery and right carotid artery aneurysms. The patient also suffered from occlusion of left carotid artery, subclavian artery and the initial part of left vertebral artery. The condition of aortic valve insufficiency also increases the difficulty of the surgery. |
