Key Words Acute pancreatitis; Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; Recurrence; Prognosis; Overall survival; Disease-free survival
Core Tip Patients with moderate or severe acute pancreatitis developed recurrences earlier than those without. We suggested that surgeons have the urge to decrease complications of ERCP and diagnose timely in order to improve the oncological outcomes of PDAC.
