Core Tip |
Monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T cell lymphoma (MEITL) is a rare and aggressive disease with poor prognosis. No standardized treatment has been established yet. We reported two cases of patients with MEITL who were treated with radical resection followed by chidamide combined with chemotherapy and reviewed literature focusing on histopathological characteristics, etiology, diagnosis, treatment strategies and outcomes of MEITL. This report will improve our understanding of MEITL. |
