Core Tip Peri-renal vascular tumor is an extremely rare disease. We summarized the clinical manifestations, imaging features, and pathological characteristics of perirenal vascular tumors through a clinical case, and successfully removed them using robotic surgery without side effect. This provides a practical model for the diagnosis and treatment of this sickness.
