The curative effect of patient with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome after surgery would gradually decrease with the time and obesity. By motivational interviewing, the initiative of patients would be mobilized. Developing the personalized nutrition therapy and physical activity to achieve weight control scheme. The compliance and effectiveness of postoperative weight control would be improved, which could decrease the complication and improve sleep condition, and finally promote the long-term postoperative efficacy. |
