Core Tip |
The definition of late postpartum hemorrhage was the massive uterine hemorrhage from 24 h after delivery to the puerperal period. But in this case, a large number of vaginal bleeding because of cesarean section incision infection, ulcer and poor healing, appear in the three months after cesarean section, this is at odds with the traditional concept. Due to the bleeding reason is associated with cesarean delivery operation, we think that should also be classified as late postpartum hemorrhage, and cause enough attention in clinic, because it is serious enough to endanger the patient's life. |
