We evaluated a case of cervical mesonephric adenocarcinoma in a 48-year-old female who was accidentally found by surgery and received postoperative chemotherapy. Rare lung metastasis appeared during follow-up and reviewed the existing literatures. The disease is very rare and there are only 48 cases reported in literatures since 1962. We search and review the literatures of the disease. Summarize the clinical manifestation, pathological characteristics, immunohistochemistry, treatment and prognosis of the disease. In order to increase the experience of diagnosis and treatment and benefit patients. |
