Ataxia-telangiectasia (AT) is a rare, autosomal recessive, multisystem disorder. Homozygous or compound heterozygous mutations of the ATM gene is the pathogenic factor and there is no specific treatment for AT. Through this study of a case of AT complicated with Hodgkin's lymphoma, it is suggested that clinicians should strengthen their understanding of AT diseases. |
