Synchronous sporadic bilateral multiple chromophobe renal cell carcinoma (CHRCC) is rare. We present an incidentally detected case of synchronous occurrence of bilateral CHRCCs. This case had two concomitant different subtypes of CHRCCs in each kidney (classic type and eosinophilic type), accompanied by a clear cell carcinoma and a cyst. The patient underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic bilateral nephron sparing surgery and there was no serious postoperative renal dysfunction. |
