We reported a rare case of adrenal pheochromocytoma on left side with delayed detection of tumor thrombus at the entrance of inferior vena cava and share our experience in surgical management. No similar case had been reported. Nephrectomy is needed when tumor is at left side and robot assisted laparoscopic surgery is safe and efficient. |
