Core Tip |
Colonic duplication is an uncommon congenital disease, the manifestations vary greatly according to different types and locations of duplication. Most cases were diagnosed and treated before the age of two. Due to non-specific manifestations and low incidence, it is rather a challenge to make an accurate diagnosis before surgery. Surgery should be considered as first-line treatment even though some patients are asymptomatic. |
