To avoid some of the unpleasant side effects of general anesthesia, brachial plexus block is applied in surgical procedures for hand trauma. In the present study, the efficacy of ultrasound-guided selective proximal and distal brachial plexus block was explored in patients undergoing rapid recovery surgery for hand trauma. The results showed that patients with ultrasound-guided selective proximal and distal brachial plexus block had effective anesthesia are much less likely to experience complications than the conventional brachial plexus block. |
