Core Tip |
Acanthosis nigricans associated with malignant tumor is rare and it mainly occurs in middle-aged and elderly patients. Patients with malignant acanthosis nigricans accompanied by malignant tumor, Leser–Trélat sign, and tripe palms are even rarer.
