Core Tip |
Patients who are able to undergo surgery, biliary stent placement can relieve biliary obstruction, and prolong survival. However, previous studies relieve stenosis caused by existing tumor lesion by placing 125I seed in the middle of the stent, while ignoring both ends. For some reasons, both ends of the stent can be re-obstructed. So we reported biliary stent combined with 125I seed strand implantation is safe and effective in malignant obstructive jaundice. |
