Core Tip |
Patients with type 2 diabetes are at increased risk for vascular complications, such as nephropathy, coronary artery disease, and retinopathy. Endothelin receptor (ER) antagonists might be a novel and beneficial drug for diabetic nephropathy (DN). However, no consistent conclusions regarding their effectiveness and safety for patients with DN have been presented. We conducted this meta-analysis of available clinical data on ER antagonists aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of ER antagonists among patients with DN. |
